Since 2018, FCS has been supporting the Guadeloupe Region with the reconstruction of its racecourse and training centre. From the feasibility studies and the definition of the works programme through to the budget assessment, the Guadeloupe Region has benefited from the technical support of France Cheval Services.
The stables at the training centre can accommodate 100 horses and are located right next to the training facilities: sand track, trotting track and horse walkers.
The 18-metre-wide grass track is capable of hosting top-level races thanks to a triangular layout optimised for the available space. This layout features wide turns and a 300-metre home straight.
The new grandstand is currently under construction and the people of Guadeloupe can look forward to brand-new facilities by the end of 2026.
